We have several ways that we share wellness. We share online via a screen-sharing, presentation software called a Zoomcast (zoom.us), in person at events designed to deep dive into specific wellness learning on the Total Wellness Concept from essential oils and skincare to yoga sessions and wellness bootcamps.

We offer 35-minute zoomcasts at 8:00pm on Tuesdays. These are for people new to the total wellness concept. You can login from comfort of your own home to listen and learn — no talking required, just an open mind. To answer that, Empowering All is hosting our Healthy For The Holidays event. We’ll share a total wellness overview and share simple and effective tips to maintain and even lose weight, and stay clear of the common cold or flu when everyone else is missing work or school due to illness.
